Should you need to cancel after registering for an all day fund raising crop, the following policy will be applied.

You can cancel at anytime up to and including 30 days before the event.  Your registration fee will be refunded to you minus a $15.00 handling charge.  This will be applied on your credit card or refunded to you by cheque, depending on how you originally paid for the event.

Should you need to cancel after registering for any CropTopia weekend 3 day retreat, the following policy will be applied

You can cancel at anytime up to an including 30 days before the event. Your registration fee will be refunded to you minus a $50. handling charge. This will be applied on your credit card or refunded to you by cheque, depending on how you originally paid for the event.
